We're building
this for real.
Deal Raptr started with an idea back in January of 2026.
From the beginning, we knew we didn't want to make some bullshit piece of software just to say we had a software company.
We wanted to build something we would actually use. Something that could solve real problems for people actually working in real estate.

Since that first idea, we've been working on Deal Raptr day in and day out.
And that means a lot has changed.
Features have changed. Ideas have been thrown out. Things have been rebuilt. We've tested things, broken things, questioned things, and gone back to the drawing board when something didn't feel right.
That's part of building something from the ground up.
If we're putting
our name on it,
we have to believe in it.
We're using it ourselves.
One of the biggest parts of building Deal Raptr is actually putting it through the work.
Our JadenCash Enterprises Real Estate Division is actively using and testing Deal Raptr inside our own operations.
We're not trying to sit behind a desk and guess what real estate professionals need.
We want to find out by actually doing the work.
until it actually makes sense.
We don't want to build this alone.
For those operating in real estate, we're actively partnering with people across the industry — investors, acquisition professionals, buyers, operators, and others who understand what it actually takes to move a deal forward.
Because a real estate deal doesn't end when you find a property.
There's underwriting. Communication. Due diligence. Buyers. Sellers. Title. Financing. Negotiations. And a hundred other things that can stand between a lead and a closing table.
We're building Deal Raptr around that reality.
